MARSHA MAYER
My objective is to enable people of all abilities and ages to access more movement flexibility, strength and breath in their daily lives.
I come from over twenty-five years of teaching university and private high school students. Now I am teaching everyone, particularly kids my own age!
My goals are to work with clients individually teaching classes that are tailored to individual needs and abilities. Personal attention and patient instruction is key. Practicing yoga with correct alignment is far more important than achieving the apex of any pose because it is the process and the discipline of yoga, as opposed to the achie vement of poses that is most important and beneficial.
Monday night class is at 5:45pm; Friday at 11am.
